This is how I got rid of my spectacles organically. You can get rid of yours too.
These are the few steps I followed…
1.Practice morning yoga for one hour in empty or light stomach.
(Sarbangasan, semi shirrsasana, full shirsasan) 2 sets each must.
Also massage the bones surrounding both the eyes well.(if you can do second round of yoga before lunch or before dinner, it is better)
2.Practice meditation 2 times per day. (20 minutes each) preferably after yoga and before breakfast and before dinner.
(if you don’t have a technique, search for panchakosa meditation in YouTube and play the first hit)
3. Practice alternate nostril or Nadi shodhan Pranayama after meditation.
4. Eat 3 to 4 times in a day including lots of nutritious fruits, vegetables, rice, Dal etc. If you can not eat minimum three meals a day, do honey bath.
5. 7 to 8 hour of good sleep through out the day.
Slowly eyesight will start to improve and after few weeks, You will not miss your spectacles.
