You can get rid of yours too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"266\" src=\"https:\/\/thecelebratinglife.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/biranchi_blue.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-48\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f3b2ef52d6ece6b41b29ea1068202a83\" style=\"color:#0bebeb\">These are the few steps I followed\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e0c31f4a548819d874f4a5e8f176d2b4\" style=\"color:#0bebeb\">1.Practice morning yoga for one hour in empty or light stomach.<br>(Sarbangasan, semi shirrsasana, full shirsasan) 2 sets each must.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0cc108161d92d384a2f2ce7bf4da0191\" style=\"color:#0bebeb\">Also massage the bones surrounding both the eyes well.(if you can do second round of yoga before lunch or before dinner,&nbsp; it is better)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-602c71824488cb1926912f668f178893\" style=\"color:#0bebeb\">2.Practice meditation 2 times per day. (20 minutes&nbsp; each) preferably after yoga and before breakfast and before dinner.<br>(if you don\u2019t have a technique, search for panchakosa meditation in YouTube and play the first hit)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6d03cda52477af5649fa65b61a8954eb\" style=\"color:#0bebeb\">3. Practice alternate nostril or Nadi shodhan Pranayama after meditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-76a2ac63dadb71e09721729195a54ed3\" style=\"color:#0bebeb\">4. Eat 3 to 4 times in a day including lots of nutritious fruits, vegetables, rice, Dal etc. If you can not eat minimum three meals a day, do&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thecelebratinglife.org\/index.php\/the-honey-bath\/\">honey bath<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-db776061586d51dc1e811a3ac07bdcd5\" style=\"color:#0bebeb\">5. 7 to 8 hour of good sleep through out the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-60bc71ceae6056e31395482c168ecffd\" style=\"color:#0bebeb\">Slowly&nbsp;eyesight&nbsp;will start to improve and after few weeks, You will not miss your spectacles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is how I got rid of my spectacles organically.
