When you first put on your slipper for the walk, your sole of the feet gets the total weight of the body. Your foot sole has the acuepressure points for all the internal organs like kidney, heart, liver, pancreas, brain etc. So all these organs gets stimulated and starts healing when you just stand. If there is no issue in the organs , it starts to get stronger \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-bc9410a894bdcdd374ada57e5b5eba42\" style=\"color:#2ab0b0b3\">        When you get out of your house to walk , you start enjoying fresh air. If your neighbourhood has lot of trees, your brain gets lot of fresh oxygen and fragrance of various various flowers big and small enriching your body and mind. If you are in urban areas, you listen to lot of vehicle sounds. These sounds enters your body and starts energizing your internal organs, muscles, tissues and all the orgrans including brain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3dc27259f5b9ec6388dabc0709194bcd\" style=\"color:#2ab0b0b3\">       When you are walking, your bone gets time to lift the weight of the body, so you get the exercise for your bones. Your various muscles starts expanding and contracting according to speed of your walk, so you get enough exercise for your muscles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2dd7ba53f69d1fa538005caf9dbce807\" style=\"color:#2ab0b0b3\">      Your eye starts looking far and close objects to maintain the body&#8217;s safety, so you get proper exercise for your eyelid, eyeball, retina, lens and eye as whole. So walking is good for eyes also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-dd55e5bfed902d07699d162676aa7815\" style=\"color:#2ab0b0b3\">       In the process of walking , you can find out and understand your neighborhood better and socialize with the people around your neighbourhood and make lasting friendships too.
